Voucher templates: Are there different voucher templates?
Yes. You can choose between different voucher templates from different theme categories. Whether birthday, Christmas or Easter: We offer a suitable selection of voucher templates for every occasion.
Greeting text: Can you write a greeting text on the value voucher?
Yes. After you have selected a voucher template, you can write an individual, personal greeting text.
Payment methods: How can I pay in the shop?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Costs: What are the shipping and delivery costs?
There are no shipping or delivery costs for value vouchers that can be printed out after completing the order or sent by mail. The shipping costs for merchandise items are currently 6,90€ per package.
Delivery: How are the vouchers delivered?
You can print out the vouchers yourself after the order process. In addition, you will receive an email with your voucher (PDF) from us.
Redemption
Redemption: Where can I redeem the value vouchers?
Vouchers can be redeemed directly at our or a partners place. Details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions of our online store.
Partial redemption: Are partial redemptions of value vouchers possible?
Yes, if you only redeem a partial amount of your value voucher, the remaining value remains on the value voucher and you can use it with the same voucher code for any other booking.
Validity: How long are the vouchers valid?
Value vouchers are valid (from purchase) for 3 years.
